A rolling garage workbench built from 2x4s, a 2x6, one sheet of 3/4 in plywood and four locking casters. Two full-width shelves, a 2 in clamping overhang on the front and ends, and a glued back panel that keeps it square when you push it. Square cuts only, no pocket holes.
Before you buy anything, it helps to know three things: how big the finished build is, what you’ll bring home from the store, and how the assembly goes. Here they are for the Mobile Workbench with Shelves, straight from the plan.
How big is it?
The finished size is 48 × 24 × 36 in (122 × 61 × 91 cm), width × depth × height. Measure the spot where it will stand before you start.
